The full digital marketing agency, built in the right order.
We run paid ads, social media, and brand & digital presence as one connected system. Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads, TikTok and Instagram content, websites and funnels, CRM and automation, branding and catalogues. Whatever the gap actually is, we build it in the order your business needs it.
Brand, content, acquisition, and sales built as one system, in the order your business actually needs.
Every engagement starts with an audit. We tell you what's broken before we quote what to build.

Who we work with
We work with two kinds of businesses. Some have been stable for years on referrals and reputation, and are ready to invest in digital marketing for the first time. Others already run digital channels that bring in revenue, but the inside is held together by hand. They want to clean it up before the next stage of growth.
Every business is in one track right now. We tell you which one before you spend a dollar.
You've been stable for years. Now you're ready to invest in digital marketing.
The business runs on referrals and reputation. There's no website that converts a buyer, and no social presence that survives a procurement check. Paid ads have been an afterthought, or never happened. You've reached the point where what got you here can't carry what comes next.
Your digital marketing works. Inside, it's still held together by you.
Ads run and leads come in. Underneath, the work that should be automated isn't. Handoffs happen by hand. The CRM is half-full and half-trusted. You're not asking for more growth yet. You're asking to clean it up so the next stage doesn't break what you've already built.
Sequenced right, your digital marketing compounds from month one instead of patching its way there. Foundation first if it's missing, systems once the brand is in market.
Calgary, Canada · Clients across Canada & internationallyWhy most marketing fails
You're spending on marketing, with no idea what's working.
Activity without conversion
Ads running. Posts going out. Money leaving the account. All of it costs. None of it closes a client.
Leads disappear after the first touch
Someone fills out a form. Nobody follows up within 24 hours. They move on. You never knew they were serious. That gap is where revenue goes.
Feast-or-famine by default
Revenue spikes when you push. It drops when you stop. Everything depends on the founder staying in motion. The business runs on sprint, never on structure.
The businesses that grow month over month aren't doing more marketing. They built a system: the brand that explains the product, the funnel that captures intent, the follow-up that closes it, and the numbers that tell them what to change next month.
How we work
Three steps. Each one builds on the last.
Find where you are, and what's holding you back
Before touching a budget, we figure out which problem is actually yours. The pain point looks different from business to business. For some, leads aren't coming in fast enough. For others, the brand isn't showing up online at all, or the company has been stable for years and needs a digital presence to match the next stage of growth. We map where you are, then build the plan to get you where you want to go.
Build what the audit surfaced, in the right order
This is where execution starts. Brand, website, paid ad channels, social media, content creation, SEO, Google Business Profile, and more. You can pull from any of our services. Which ones, and in what order, depends entirely on what your business actually needs.
Watch the numbers, scale what works
We don't pour budget into untested channels. Once the system goes live, we watch how your audience actually responds and follow the data. What converts gets more spend. What doesn't gets cut. The numbers tell us what to change next month, which loops back to step one: what's the next gap to close? Growth gets compounded, not improvised.
How results are measured
The report is one page. What's on it depends on the goal.
The numbers we actually trackTotal marketing + sales spend divided by new clients acquired.
What you pay to get one qualified lead into the funnel.
% who move through each stage: visitor → lead → call → client.
Total revenue one client generates before they stop buying.
Revenue generated for every $1 of paid media spent.
What the average customer spends per purchase.
Predictable revenue attributable to marketing each month.
Months it takes for a client to repay what we spent to acquire them.
If it doesn't move the goal you came to us with, we stop doing it.
Our principles
What you can expect from us.
Tell you to stop running ads
If ads keep eating budget without bringing the results they should, even after optimizing the channel itself, the problem isn't the ads. It's somewhere else in the system, usually the site or what happens after the lead comes in. We'll tell you straight: stop the spend and fix what's actually broken first.
Audit before we build anything
We need to see what you already have before any strategy or execution can be planned. We also need to know whether the goal you came in with is realistic from where you're starting. Once we see both, the recommendation is grounded in data, not guesses.
Fix the business, not just the marketing
Marketing and sales work together, or neither one works. If your offer doesn't land, or your buyer can't see the value, no amount of ad spend fixes that. The gap is in the business model, not the marketing. We'll tell you straight, and we'll help you fix it so your marketing actually turns leads into clients.
Do the math before recommending a channel
The cost of acquiring a client is never fixed. It depends on the quality of buyer you're going after. Cheaper services pull cheaper clients with lower CPL. Higher-ticket services need higher CPL to land the right buyer. Before recommending a channel, we make sure your unit economics support what it costs to play there. We'll do the math with you.
Remove vanity metrics from every report
Your report shows the metrics tied to your actual goal, and how each one is built. If your goal is profit, that means CPL, CAC, CVR, ROI, with the math behind every number visible. If it's a different outcome, the report is shaped around that instead. The point is the same: nothing on the page exists for show.
Build as one system, in the right order
Digital marketing isn't a list of pieces you ship one by one. It's a single system, where each part feeds the next. Before we build, we map the marketing assets you already have, then figure out what's missing and what we can plug in to start. From there, we build the rest in the order it needs to go: brand → site → funnel → CRM → automation → paid. Slower at the start, much cheaper everywhere after.
The team
I spent over 6 years working inside business operations, analyzing how companies are structured, where they lose efficiency, and why results break at the system level. That perspective led me to co-found Syntri Labs, where we turn fragmented marketing into a measurable acquisition system tied to real business outcomes. I lead strategy and system design, while implementing automation, AI, and web infrastructure to help businesses understand what actually drives growth and where they are losing it.
I've spent 6+ years working in marketing execution across service businesses and product brands, managing campaigns and turning underperforming channels into consistent lead flow. That led me to co-found Syntri Labs, where I lead social media and paid acquisition within a structured growth system. I focus on performance and optimization, while shaping the visual layer of the brand so that creative and conversion work together and the business looks as strong as it performs.
